INFANT, TODDLER & PRESCHOOL CARE
We meet your child's needs by giving them positive attention and encouraging their social development. We follow the National Association for the Education of Young Children to ensure that your child is equipped with the essential skills for life-long learning.
Once a child is enrolled in Kindergarten, School-Age Child Care Programs are available for before and after school, snow days, in-service days, Winter Break, Spring Break and Summer Day Camps.
The Child Enrichment Program (CEP) is available for JCPS pre-school participants that are enrolled in a CEP host school's tuition based Pre-K program. No full day care is available for Pre-K through CEP. Qualifying locations are indicated by an asterisk on the complete list of Jefferson County CEP sites.
THE Y'S FREE EARLY LEARNING READINESS PROGRAM (AGES 0-5)
We are offering a free early learning readiness program for children ages 0-5. This program is geared for the child who usually stays home with a family member, friend or neighbor. Our caring staff combines the fun of a play date and the preparedness for kindergarten. We provide hands-on resources and support for the caregiver of the child.
We come together 2 days per week for a playful learning experience for everyone. We meet from 10 am-12 pm at Thomas Jefferson Middle School (1501 Rangeland Road) and Roosevelt Perry Elementary (1615 West Broadway) on Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays.
